The Ukrainian side informed the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine about the presence of tanks and artillery systems in the areas of Ozerianivka, Telmanove, Rozsypne and Komsomolske.
The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) continues to purposefully gather facts considering the participation of the Russian Armed Forces career servicemen who concealing their personal data and using fictitious documents, have participated in the combat actions in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine, for onward transferring of the evidential base of such war crimes to the International Criminal Court, according to the established procedure. The Ukrainian side regularly conveys the information on Russian servicemen suspected of committing war crimes in the territory of Ukraine to the EU and NATO member states, also in order to enlarge the "sanction" list.
The DIU established that Captain of the Russian Armed Forces HAINULLIN Ruslan Munirovich (GAJNULLIN Ruslan Munirovich) holds the position of the “executive officer – deputy commander of the howitzer SP artillery division of the 2nd separate motorized rifle brigade (Luhansk) of the 2nd AC (Luhansk) of the Territorial Forces Center (Novocherkassk, Russia) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don) of the Russian Armed Forces”. He was born on 14.10.1988, in Bila Tserkva (Ukraine). In the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine uses the undercover name KHASANOV Ruslan Maratovich.
To perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of
the Russian Federation in the temporarily occupied territories of
Donbas, Captain of the Russian Armed Forces R.Hainullin was seconded in
January 2015 from the position of the executive officer – deputy commander of the howitzer SP artillery division of the 32nd separate motorized rifle brigade (Shylovo, Novosybirsk oblast) of the 41st Army (Novosybirsk) of the Central Military District of the Russian Armed Forces.
Since the spring 2015 up to the present, the units of the 32nd separate motorized rifle brigade on the rotation base have performed “combat missions” near the settlements of Antratsyt and Krasnyi Luch.
It was established that in spite of the fact that Captain of the Russian Armed Forces Ruslan HAINULLIN has been in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine for a long time, the Russian occupation forces command suggested him to stay one more year and to fictitiously obtain legal status in the territory of the so-called “DPR”, taking into account the fact of his birth in Ukraine.
We pay special attention that preference, during current rotation of the Russian career servicemen of the 1st AC (Donetsk) and 2nd AC (Luhansk) of the Russian Armed Forces, is given to those who was born in Ukraine, who has ties of relationship or those who lived for definite time in the territory of our state. Above-mentioned must become a basis for artificial wave of Ukraine’s repatriates as if they would return to historical Motherland and will misrepresent themselves as local inhabitants of Donbas in the course of local elections.
We remind of the inevitability of punishment for war crimes that have no time bars and the responsibility for which is provided for the rules of international and national criminal law.
