 по состоянию на 6 мая 2016

Несмотря на введение режима прекращения огня, противник продолжал огневое воздействие на подразделения сил АТО. Зафиксировано 11 обстрелов из стрелкового оружия, гранатометов и 120-мм минометов, из них: три - Новоалександровка (Славянский направление); четыре - Авдеевка, Марьинка (Донецкий направление); четыре - Новотроицкое (Красноармейский направление).

Подтверждено опрокидывания подразделения 45 отдельной бригады специального назначения (Кубинка) Воздушно-десантных войск ВС РФ к из района н.п.Новоазовськ в район н.п.Коминтернове. В связи с чем ожидается активизация диверсионно-разведывательной деятельности российских оккупационных войск в т.н. "Серой зоне" на Мариупольском направлении.

Подразделения 45 обр СпН (бывший 45 отдельный полк СпН) принимали непосредственное участие в оккупации Автономной Республики Крым и с 2014 г.. Регулярно проводят диверсионно-разведывательные операции на временно оккупированных территориях востока Украины. Командир бригады - полковник ВС РФ Паньков Вадим Иванович (Панькова Вадим Иванович).

Зафиксировано переброска военной техники и горюче-смазочных материалов с территории РФ к населенным пунктам: 
Розы Люксембург - 11 танков Т-72; 
Ровеньки (база хранения ГСМ 2 АК) - шесть цистерн (до 300 тонн) с дизельным топливом. 

5 мая с.г. зафиксировано очередные потери военнослужащих 1 АК (Донецк) ВС РФ:погибли два и ранены двое военнослужащих 3 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Горловка), которые осуществляли обстрелы сил АТО из пригорода Горловки;ранены трое военнослужащих 11 отдельного мотострелкового полка (Макеевка), которые пытались атаковать передовые позиции сил АТО в районе промзоны н.п.Авдиивка.

Установлено очередные факты нарушения военнослужащими ВС РФ норм международного гуманитарного права о правилах ведения войны.Подразделения 4 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Алчевск) 2 АК ВС РФ заняли гимназию №1 (площадь Ленина, 3) в н.п.Перевальськ, на территории которой оборудовано парк военной техники (танки, боевые бронированные машины), а в подвалах размещено склады с боеприпасами. При этом, в одном из корпусов гимназии продолжается учебный процесс.

Украинской стороной предоставлена ​​информация представителям Специальной мониторинговой миссии ОБСЕ о наличии танков, артиллерийских систем калибром более 100 мм в районах Луганск, Ясиноватая и Донецк. 

Очередные доказательства участия кадровых российских военнослужащих регулярных ВС РФ в боевых действиях на востоке УкраиныГлавное управление разведки МО Украины продолжает целенаправленно собирать факты о кадровых военнослужащих ВС РФ, которые, скрывая свои личные данные и с использованием фиктивных документов, участвующих в боевых действиях на временно оккупированных территориях востока Украины, для дальнейшей передачи доказательной базы таких военных преступлений определенным порядком в Международный уголовный суд. Информация о российских военнослужащих, подозреваемых в совершении военных преступлений на территории Украины, регулярно передается украинской стороной странам-членам ЕС и НАТО, в т.ч. с целью расширения "санкционного списка".

Установлено, что в качестве "начальника инженерной службы 3 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Горловка) 1 АК (Донецк, Украина) Центра территориальных войск (Новочеркасск, Россия) Южного ПО (Ростов-на-Дону)" находится майор ВС РФ БАЙДИКОВ Иван Викторович (БАЙДИКОВ Иван Викторович), 18.09.1982 г.р., окончил Тюменский филиал Военно-инженерного университета в 2004 г.., на временно оккупированных территориях востока Украины использует документы прикрытия по фамилии мышечной и позывной "Ишим".

Для выполнения преступных приказов военно-политического руководства России майор ВС РФ И.БАЙДИКОВ был направлен в марте 2015 с должности заместителя командира инженерно-саперного батальона 20 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Волгоград) 49 Армии (Ставрополь) Южного военного округа (Ростов-на Дону) ВС РФ. В 2015 батальонно-тактическая группа из состава 20 омсбр привлекалась к участию в боевых действиях на временно оккупированных территориях Донецкой области вблизи н.п.Горливка, на данный момент БТГр из состава бригады дислоцируется вблизи н.п.Снижне.

В должности "заместителя командира по вооружению 1 мотострелков батальона 3 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Горловка) 1 АК (Донецк, Украина) Центра территориальных войск (Новочеркасск, Россия) Южного ПО (Ростов-на-Дону)" находится капитан ВС РФ Чепкасов Алексей Владимирович ( Чепкасов Алексей Владимирович), 1986 г.р., родился в Амурской области, окончил Дальневосточное высшее общевойсковое командное училище в 2007 году., участвовал в боевых действиях в Южной Осетии в 2008 году., на территории Украины использует документы прикрытия по фамилии Иванов.

Для выполнения преступных приказов военно-политического руководства России капитан О.ЧЕПКАСОВ был направлен в марте 2015 с должности командира 3 мотострелковой роты 8 мотострелкового батальона 136 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (в \ ч 63334, Буйнакск, Дагестан) 58 Армии (Владикавказ) Южного ПО ВС РФ. В 2014 г.. Подразделения 136 омсбр привлекались к участию в боевых действиях на временно оккупированных территориях Донецкой области и располагались вблизи н.п.Новий Мир.

Дополнительно установлено, что в марте 2010 г.. Относительно Алексея Чепкасова было открыто уголовное дело в связи с обвинением в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.3 статьи 159 Уголовного кодекса РФ (мошенничество, совершенное лицом с использованием своего служебного положения). Участие в боевых действиях на временно оккупированных территориях востока Украины, позволяет капитану ВС РФ О.ЧЕПКАСОВУ рассчитывать на окончательное оправдание и продолжение военной карьеры.

В марте 2015, рядом с капитаном О.ЧЕПКАСОВИМ, из состава 136 омсбр (Буйнакск, Дагестан, Россия) до частей и соединений 1 и 2 АК, преимущественно в 3 (Горловка) и 7 (Дебальцево) отдельных мотострелковых бригад, было направлено девять офицеров в т.ч. подполковник ВС РФ Ильинский Игорь Алексеевич (Ильинский Игорь Алексеевич). Установлено, что подполковник ВС РФ И.ИЛЬИНСЬКИЙ занимает должность "заместителя командира по тылу 3 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Горловка) 1 АК (Донецк, Украина) Центра территориальных войск (Новочеркасск, Россия) Южного ПО (Ростов-на-Дону) "и использует документы прикрытия по фамилии Сергеев.

Для выполнения преступных приказов военно-политического руководства России подполковник ВС РФ Ильинский И.А. был направлен в марте 2015 с должности заместителя командира по тыловому обеспечению 136 отдельной мотострелковой бригады 58 армии Южного ВО ВС РФ.

Известно, что подполковник ВС РФ И.ИЛЬИНСЬКИЙ вместе с капитаном О.ЧЕПКАСОВИМ и начальником службы горюче-смазочных материалов 3 омсбр 1 АК майором ВС РФ КАРПОВЫМ (фамилия-прикрытия) Михаилом Александровичем создали преступную группу с хищения и нелегальной продажи горючего. По поручению командира 3 омсбр генерал-майора ВС РФ И.Тимофеев, указанные офицеры реализуют на черном рынке топливо, списывается на мероприятия боевой подготовки, а полученные средства используются исключительно для собственного обогащения. Часть незаконно списанного топлива реализуется через сеть АЗС, подконтрольную бывшему т.н. Секретарю Совбеза ДНР О.ХОДАКОВСЬКОМУ.

Напоминаем о неизбежности наказания за военные преступления, не имеющие срока давности, и ответственность за которые предусмотрена нормами международного и национального уголовного права.

Despite the cease-fire, the enemy continued fire influence on the ATO forces units. It was recorded that the adversary shelled 11 times from the small arms, grenade launchers and 120-mm mortars. The attacks were, as follows: 3 attacks – Novooleksandrivka (Sloviansk direction), 4 attacks – Avdiivka, Mariinka (Donetsk direction), 4 attacks – Novotroitske (Volnovakha direction).  

It was established the projection of a unit of the 45th separate Special Forces brigade (Kubinka) of the Airborne Forces of the Russian Armed Forces to Kominternove from Novoazovsk. In this connection, it is expected activation of sabotage-reconnaissance activities of the Russian occupation troops in the so-called “grey zone” in Mariupol direction.

The units of the 45th separate Special Forces brigade (the former 45thseparate Special Forces regiment) took direct part in occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and since 2014 regularly conducted sabotage-reconnaissance operations in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine. The brigade commander is Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces PANKOV Vadym Ivanovych (PANKOV Vadim Ivanovich).

It was noted the projection of the POL, weapon and military equipments from the territory of Russian Federation to the following settlements:

Rozy Liuksemburh – 11 tanksT-72;

Rovenky (storage base of the POL, 2nd AC) – six cisterns (to 300 tons) with diesel fuel.

On May 5, 2016, other losses among the servicemen of the 1st AC (Donetsk) of the Russian Armed Forces were noted:

two were killed and two servicemen were wounded of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) who shelled the ATO forces positions from outskirts of Horlivka;

three servicemen of the 11th separate motorized rifle regiment (Makiivka) were wounded who tried to attack the forward positions of the ATO forces in the area of the industrial zone of Avdiivka.

It was established other facts of contempt of international humanitarian law concerning the rules of warfare by the servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces.

The units of the 4th separate motorized rifle brigade (Alchevsk) of the 2nd AC of the Russian Armed forces occupied lyceum №1 (Lenin Square, 3) in Perevalsk, the territory of which is equipped as a park for military equipments (tanks, AICVs) and in the basements there are depots with ammunitions. Furthermore, a teaching process continues in one of the lyceum’s buildings.

The Ukrainian side informed the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine about the presence of tanks, artillery systems with more than 100-mm in the areas of Luhansk, Yasynuvata and Donetsk.

Other evidences of the participation of the career Russian servicemen of the Regular Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in combat actions in the East of Ukraine

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine continues to purposefully gather facts considering the participation of the Russian Armed Forces career servicemen, who concealing their personal data and using fictitious documents, have participated in combat actions in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine, for onward transferring of the evidential base of such war crimes to the International Criminal Court, according to the established procedure. The Ukrainian side regularly conveys the information on Russian servicemen suspected of committing war crimes in the territory of Ukraine to the EU and NATO member states, also in order to enlarge the "sanction" list.

It was established that the position of “the chief of the engineer service of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) of the 1st AC (Donetsk, Ukraine) of the Center of the Territorial Forces (Novocherkask, Russia) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don)” holds Major of the Russian Armed Forces BAIDIKOV Ivan Viktorovych (BAIDIKOV Ivan Viktorovich), was born on 18.09.1982. He graduated from Tumen branch of the Military Engineer University in 2004, in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine uses the undercover name – YAZOV and in daily phone and radio exchanges uses the codename – “ISHYM”.

To perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of Russia, Major I.BAIDIKOV was seconded in March, 2015, from the position of the deputy commander of the engineer combat battalion of the 20th separate motorized rifle brigade (Volhohrad) of the 49th Army (Stavropol) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don) of the Russian Armed Forces. In 2015, a battalion tactical group of the 20th separate motorized rifle brigade was involved in combat actions in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk oblast near Horlivka. Nowadays, a brigade’s battalion tactical group is located near Snizhne.

Captain of the Russian Armed Forces CHEPKASOV Oleksii Volodymyrovych(CHEPKASOV Aleksei Vladimirovich) holds the position of “the deputy commander for armament of the 1st motorized rifle battalion of the 3rdseparate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) of the 1st AC (Donetsk, Ukraine) of the Center of the Territorial Forces (Novocherkassk, Russia) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don)”, born in 1986, in Amur oblast. He graduated from Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command School in 2007. He took part in combat actions in South Ossetia in 2008. In the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine uses the undercover name IVANOV.

To perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of Russia, Captain O.CHEPKASOV was seconded in March 2015 from the position of the commander of the 3rd motorized rifle company of the 8th motorized rifle battalion of the 136th separate motorized rifle brigade (military unit 63334, Buinaksk, Dagestan)of the 58th Army (Vladikavkaz) of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces. In 2014, the units of the 136th separate motorized rifle brigade were involved in combat actions in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk oblast and were located near the settlement of Novyi Svit.

It was additionally established that in March, 2010, it was opened a criminal action respecting Oleksii CHEPKASOV because of accusation in committing of crime legally provided by law’s article 159 part 3 of the Criminal laws code of the Russian Federation (swindling committed by person with using of his duty status).

To perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of Russia, Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces I.ILIINSKYI was seconded in March, 2015, from the position of the logistics deputy commander of the 136thseparate motorized rifle brigade of the 58th Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces.

It is known that Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces I.ILIINSKYI along with Captain O.CHEPKASOV and the chief of the POL service of the 3rdseparate motorized rifle brigade of the 1st AC Major of the Russian Armed Forces KARPOV (undercover name) Mykhailo Oleksandrovych established a criminal group on plundering and illegal sale of fuel. By the order of the commander of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade Major-General of the Russian Armed Forces I.TYMOFIEIEV, above mentioned officers sell the POL at the black market that is charged off for the needs of combat training, and received funds is used for personal enrichment. A part of illegally charged off fuel is for sale through the net of petrol station controlled by the former so-called Secretary of Security Council of Donetsk People’s Republic O.KHODAKOVSKYI.

We remind of the inevitability of punishment for war crimes that have no time bars and the responsibility for which is provided for the rules of international and national criminal law.

Возведение пресс-центра штаба АТО состоянию на 6.00 час 6 мая 2016:
На протяжении прошедших суток ситуация в зоне проведения АТО осложнилась. Пророссийские бандформирования 11 раз открывали огонь по позициям украинских войск.Так, с наступлением темного времени суток на Мариупольском направлении боевики неоднократно открывали огонь по нашим опорных пунктах в районе Новотроицкого с запрещенных минского договоренностями минометов калибра 120 мм, а также стрелкового оружия и гранатометов.

На Донецком направлении по украинским защитникам у Марьинки вел огонь снайпер противника. Позиции сил АТО в районе Авдеевки были обстреляны из гранатометов различных систем и стрелкового оружия.

Незаконные вооруженные формирования нарушили «режим полной тишины» и на Луганщине. Там преступники пророссийских банд обстреливали наши укрепления неподалеку н.п. Новоалександровка из гранатометов и крупнокалиберных пулеметов.

Situation in the ATO area as of May 5, 2016

Despite the cease-fire, the enemy continued fire influence on the ATO forces units. It was recorded that the adversary shelled 13 times from the small arms, grenade launchers and 82-mm mortars. The attacks were, as follows: 3 attacks – Luhanske (Sloviansk direction), 2 attacks – Avdiivka (Donetsk direction), 5 attacks – Novotroitske, Hranitne (Volnovakha direction), 3 attacks – Hnutove, Vodiane, Shyrokyne (Mariupol direction).

The reinforcement/rotation of the forward units continues at the following directions:
Novoaidar direction. In the areas of Raivka, Kruta Hora, Zhovte – from among the 2^nd separate motorized rifle brigade (Luhansk) of the 2^nd AC of the Russian Armed Forces;
Sloviansk direction. In the area of Chornukhyne – from among the 1^st motorized rifle battalion of the 7^th separate motorized rifle brigade (Debaltseve);
Donetsk direction. A unit of the 3^rd separate Special Forces brigade (Toliatti) of the Central Military District of the Russian Armed Forces arrived to Donetsk. The brigade’s commander is Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces SHCHEPIN Serhii Anatoliiovych.

We draw a special attention that two servicemen of this formation Captain of the Russian Armed Forces Yevhen YEROFIEIEV and Sergeant of the Russian Armed Forces Oleksandr Aleksandrov, according to the decision of Holosiiv district court of Kyiv city from April 18, 2016, were imprisoned for up to 14 years and convicted in engaging in aggressive war by previous concert of membership group, contributing of terrorist organization activities, execution of terrorist attack, weapon employment for provoking of war conflict.

It is continued the supplies of weapon and military equipments, as well as the POL from the territory of Russia. On May 3, 2016, six 122-mm howitzers D-30, six fuel servicing trucks, five cisterns with POL (250 tons) arrived to the Ilovaisk railway station.

Other losses among the servicemen of the 1^st AC (Donetsk) of the Russian Armed Forces, acting within sabotage-reconnaissance groups, were recorded:
On May 3, 2016, two deceased and three wounded servicemen of the Russian Federation were delivered to the District Clinical Hospital named after Kalinin (Donetsk). The bodies of deceased were delivered later to Russia by trucks with the registration number of 57^th region (Orlov oblast).

The Ukrainian side informed the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine about the presence of tanks, SP artillery systems, artillery systems and 122-mm MLRS "Hrad" in the areas of Makiivka and Donetsk.

It was found out that Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces I.ILIINSKYI holds the position of “the deputy commander for logistics of the 3^rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) of the 1^st AC (Donetsk, Ukraine) of the Center of the Territorial Forces (Novocherkask, Russia) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don)” and uses the undercover name SERHIEYIEV.

To perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of Russia Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces I.ILIINSKYI was seconded in March 2015 from the position of the logistics deputy commander of the 136^th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 58^th Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces.

Несмотря на введение режима прекращения огня, противник продолжал огневое воздействие на подразделения сил АТО. Зафиксировано 13 обстрелов из стрелкового оружия, гранатометов и 82-мм минометов, из них: три - Луганское (Славянский направление); два - Авдеевка (Донецкий направление); пять - Новотроицкое, Гранитное (Волновахский направление); три - Гнутово, Водяное, Широкино (Мариупольский направление).
Продолжается усиление / ротация передовых подразделений на направлениях:
Новоайдарский. В районах Раевка, Крутая Гора, Желтое -из состава 2 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Луганск) 2 АК ВС РФ;
Славянский. В районе Чернухино - из состава 1 мотострелкового батальона 7 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Дебальцево)
Донецкий. В г. Донецк прибыл подраздел 3 отдельной бригады специального назначения (Тольятти) Центрального ВО ВС РФ. Командир бригады - полковник ВС РФ Щепин Сергей Анатольевич.

Обращаем особое внимание, что два военнослужащих этого соединения капитан ВС РФ Евгений ЕРОФЕЕВ и сержант ВС РФ Александр Александров, в соответствии с решением Голосеевского районного суда Киева от 18 апреля с.г., были приговорены к лишению свободы сроком на 14 лет и признаны виновными в ведении агрессивной войны по предварительному сговору с группой лиц, содействие деятельности террористической организации, совершении теракта, применении оружия для провокации военного конфликта.


Продолжается поставки вооружения и военной техники, а также горюче-смазочных материалов с территории РФ. 3 мая с.г. до железнодорожной станции Иловайск прибыло: шесть 122-мм гаубиц Д-30, шесть топливозаправщиков, пять цистерн с ГСМ (250 тонн).


Зафиксировано очередные потери военнослужащих 1 (Донецк) АК ВС РФ, действовавших в составе диверсионно-разведывательных групп:
3 мая с.г. в Областную клиническую больницу Калинина (Донецк) доставлены двое погибших и трех раненых военнослужащих РФ. Тела погибших позже были направлены в Россию грузовым автомобилем с регистрационными номерами 57 региона (Орловская обл.).


Украинской стороной предоставлена ​​информация представителям Специальной мониторинговой миссии ОБСЕ о наличии танков, САУ, артиллерийских систем и 122-мм РСЗО "Град" в районах Макеевка и Донецк.

 Очередные доказательства участия кадровых российских военнослужащих регулярных ВС РФ в боевых действиях на востоке Украины


Главное управление разведки МО Украины продолжает целенаправленно собирать факты о кадровых военнослужащих ВС РФ, которые, скрывая свои личные данные и с использованием фиктивных документов, участвующих в боевых действиях на временно оккупированных территориях востока Украины, для дальнейшей передачи доказательной базы таких военных преступлений определенным порядком в Международный уголовный суд. Информация о российских военнослужащих, подозреваемых в совершении военных преступлений на территории Украины, регулярно передается украинской стороной странам-членам ЕС и НАТО, в т.ч. с целью расширения "санкционного списка".


Установлено, что в качестве "заместителя командира по вооружению 1 мотострелков батальона 3 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Горловка) 1 АК (Донецк, Украина) Центра территориальных войск (Новочеркасск, Россия) Южного ПО (Ростов-на-Дону)" находится капитан ВС РФ Чепкасов Алексей Владимирович (Чепкасов Алексей Владимирович), 1986 г.р., родился в Амурской области, окончил Дальневосточное высшее общевойсковое командное училище в 2007г., участвовал в боевых действиях в Южной Осетии в 2008 году., на территории Украины использует документы прикрытия на фамилия Иванов.
Для выполнения преступных приказов военно-политического руководства России капитан О.ЧЕПКАСОВ был направлен в марте 2015 с должности командира 3 мотострелковой роты 8 мотострелкового батальона 136 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (в \ ч 63334, Буйнакск, Дагестан) 58 Армии (Владикавказ) Южного ПО ВС РФ. В 2014 г.. Подразделения 136 омсбр привлекались к участию в боевых действиях на временно оккупированных территориях Донецкой области и располагались вблизи н.п.Новий Мир.
Дополнительно установлено, что в марте 2010 г.. Относительно Алексея Чепкасова было открыто уголовное дело в связи с обвинением в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.3 статьи 159 Уголовного кодекса РФ (мошенничество, совершенное лицом с использованием своего служебного положения). Участие в боевых действиях на временно оккупированных территориях востока Украины, позволяет капитану ВС РФ О.ЧЕПКАСОВУ рассчитывать на окончательное оправдание и продолжение военной карьеры.


В марте 2015, рядом с капитаном О.ЧЕПКАСОВИМ, из состава 136 омсбр (Буйнакск, Дагестан, Россия) до частей и соединений 1 и 2 АК, преимущественно в 3 (Горловка) и 7 (Дебальцево) отдельных мотострелковых бригад, было направлено девять офицеров в т.ч. подполковник ВС РФ Ильинский Игорь Алексеевич (Ильинский Игорь Алексеевич). Установлено, что подполковник ВС РФ И.ИЛЬИНСЬКИЙ занимает должность "заместителя командира по тылу 3 отдельной мотострелковой бригады (Горловка) 1 АК (Донецк, Украина) Центра территориальных войск (Новочеркасск, Россия) Южного ПО (Ростов-на-Дону) "и использует документы прикрытия по фамилии Сергеев.
Для выполнения преступных приказов военно-политического руководства России подполковник ВС РФ Ильинский И.А. был направлен в марте 2015 с должности заместителя командира по тыловому обеспечению 136 отдельной мотострелковой бригады 58 армии Южного ВО ВС РФ.


Известно, что подполковник ВС РФ И.ИЛЬИНСЬКИЙ вместе с капитаном О.ЧЕПКАСОВИМ и начальником службы горюче-смазочных материалов 3 омсбр 1 АК майором ВС РФ КАРПОВЫМ (фамилия-прикрытия) Михаилом Александровичем создали преступную группу с хищения и нелегальной продажи горючего. По поручению командира 3 омсбр генерал-майора ВС РФ И.Тимофеев, указанные офицеры реализуют на черном рынке топливо, списывается на мероприятия боевой подготовки, а полученные средства используются исключительно для собственного обогащения. Часть незаконно списанного топлива реализуется через сеть АЗС, подконтрольную бывшему т.н. Секретарю Совбеза ДНР О.ХОДАКОВСЬКОМУ.


Напоминаем о неизбежности наказания за военные преступления, не имеющие срока давности, и ответственность за которые предусмотрена нормами международного и национального уголовного права.

На протяжении прошедших суток ситуация в зоне проведения АТО несколько усложнилась. Незаконные вооруженные формирования 13 раз нарушили установленный ранее «режим полной тишины». Более половины случаев применения боевиками оружия приходится на темное время суток.

На Донецком направлении преступники пророссийских банд снова обстреляли из стрелкового оружия и гранатометов наши опорные пункты в районе Авдеевки и Луганского.На Мариупольском направлении боевики вели огонь по опорным пунктам сил АТО в районе н.п. Гранитное и Новотроицкое из стрелкового оружия и крупнокалиберных пулеметов.С начала этого периода вдоль всей линии разграничения было тихо.

Ситуация в зоне проведения АТО остается неспокойной. Боевики пророссийских НЗФ продолжают нарушать условия прекращения огня. Всего в течение сегодняшнего дня зафиксировано 5 обстрелов.

В частности, из минометов калибра 82 мм бандиты прицельно били по нашим опорных пунктах в районе Широкино, неприцельно - неподалеку Гнутово. Стрелковое оружие и гранатометы боевики использовали против воинов сил АТО у Водяного и Новотроицкого.На Донецком направлении противник обстрелял из стрелкового оружия, крупнокалиберных пулеметов и гранатометов наши позиции в районе Луганского.

Situation in the ATO area as of May 4, 2016

 

Despite the cease-fire, the enemy continued fire influence of the ATO forces units. It was recorded that the adversary shelled 6 times from the small arms, grenade launchers and IFVs. The attacks were, as follows: 3 attacks – Zaitseve, Luhanske (Sloviansk direction), 2 attacks – Avdiivka, Mariinka (Donetsk direction), 1 attack – Hnutove (Mariupol direction).

On May 2, 2016, the servicemen of the reconnaissance company of the 3^rd separate motorized rifle brogade (Horlivka) of the 1^st AC (Donetsk) of the Russian Armed Forces being in the state of alcoholic intoxication and disregarding the commanders’ orders, provocatively employed weapon in the side of the ATO forces in the area Shyroka Balka – Horlivske reservoir storage. It was established personal data of the unit’s servicemen who were involved in violation of the “silence” regime: deputy commander of the 1^st reconnaissance platoon BOROZDYCH Yevhen Mykhailovych (born on 01.09.1977), scout-sniper KOZLOVSKYI Ruslan Ramazanovych (born on 08.09.1986) and scout-sniper YEHUPOV Roman Valentynovych (born on 08.07.1991) as well as commander of the 1^st reconnaissance platoon, whose orders were ignored – POPKOV Serhii Borysovych (born on 31.05.1981).

 The enemy conducts reinforcement and rotation of the forward units in the following directions:
Sieverodonetsk direction: the personnel of the 2^nd separate motorized rifle brigade (Luhansk) of the 2^nd AC (Luhansk) of the Russian Armed Forces to company were deployed from Luhansk in the direction of Alchevsk;
Sloviansk direction: two motorized rifle company of the 6^th separate motorized rifle regiment (Stakhanov) of the 2^nd AC were depoloyed from Stakhanov to the area of the so-called “Svitlodarsk protuberance”
Donetsk direction: it was conducted rotation of the units of the 1^st AC in the areas: Yasynuvata – separate assault battalion (Donetsk), Staromykhailivka – 100^th separate motorized rifle brigade (Donetsk).


During twenty-four hours, the non-battle casualties of the enemy were as follows:
11^th motorized rifle battalion of the 2^nd separate motorized rifle brigade (Luhansk) of the 2^nd AC of the Russian Armed Forces – one casualty as a result of reckless behavior with arm (area of Novokyivka);
6^th separate motorized rifle regiment (Stakhanov) – one deceased as a result of breaching the safety precaution during combat vehicles maneuvering;
100^th separate motorized rifle brigade (Donetsk) – two casualties as a result of internal conflict with the using of fire arms.

The Ukrainian side informed the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine about the presence of tanks, SP artillery systems and 122-mm MLRS “Hrad” in the areas of Stakhanov, Debaltseve and Makiivka.

In view of absence of motivation for further participation in combat actions, a number of the personnel of the units and formations of the 1^st AC (Donetsk) and 2^nd AC (Luhansk) of the Russian Armed Forces, who tries to abandon military service, increased.

On April 30, 2016, three servicemen of the 7^th separate motorized rifle brigade (Debaltseve) of the 2^nd AC willfully relinquished forward positions and arms.

On May 2-3, 2016, 12 servicemen of the 11^th separate motorized rifle regiment (Makiivka), 17 servicemen of the 100^th separate motorized rifle brigade (Donetsk) and 21 servicemen of the 3^rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) of the 1^st AC willfully abandoned location of their units and moved to the Russian-Ukrainian border. In view of mass cases of desertion, the commander of the 1^st AC Major-General of the Russian Armed Forces V.ASAPOV ordered to activate interception plan.

On May 1-3, 2016, 17 servicemen of the 9^th separate assault motorized rifle Marines Corps regiment (Novoazovsk) of the 1^st AC declared their intentions to resign.

Dissatisfaction of the local population in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine with the presence and actions of the Russian Armed Forces increases.

On May 2, 2016, the inhabitants of Sverdlovsk detained and hurt the code operator of the air defence section of the 2^nd AC HQ of the Russian Armed Forces Praporshchyk Ye.DOROSHEV who being in the state of strong alcoholic intoxication, threatened to use hand grenade.

On May 3, 2016, the inhabitants of Luhansk took away arms and seriously hurt a serviceman of the 9^th motorized rifle company of the 7^th separate motorized rifle brigade of the Russian 2^nd AC I.KOCHUBEI who being in beer tried to shoot in the side of heavily populated areas of the town on the occasion of May holidays.

Taking into account the regular bribes “for the internal needs of the units”, a total part of which is about 30% from month’s payment, the personnel of the 7^th separate motorized rifle brigade of the Russian 2^nd AC refused to purchase on own money “Zhukov’s medals” with which it is planned to award them at the festivities on the occasion of May 9. According to the order of the commander of the 7^th separate motorized rifle brigade Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces O.BUSHUIEV, it was organized sales of 2 tons of diesel fuel at the black market under the guise of receiving money for central purchasing of medals.
