The enemy strengthens the forward positions in Donetsk direction. It was deployed:
from the side of Makiivka through Donetsk in northern direction – howitzer battery of 122-mm howitzer “D-30” of the 5th separate motorized rifle brigade (Makiivka), one by one fire platoon of 152-mm howitzer “Msta-B” and 122-mm MLRS “Hrad” of the separate artillery brigade (Donetsk) of the 1st AC;
through Makiivka in the western direction – up to two tank companies of the 5th separate motorized rifle brigade. In industrial zone of Avdiivka, it was taken place other rotation of the units of the 1st motorized rifle battalion of the 11th separate motorized rifle regiment (Makiivka) of the 1st AC (Donetsk).
The enemy continued fire influence on the ATO forces units. It was recorded that the adversary shelled 40 times (for the last twenty-four hours – 22) from the small arms, grenade launchers, IFVs, anti-tank missile complexes, 120-mm and 82-mm mortars. The attacks were, as follows: 1 attack – Zaitseve (Sloviansk direction); 32 attacks – Avdiivka, Butovka mine, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Mariinka (Donetsk direction); 2 attacks – Slavne, Novotroitske (Volnovakha direction); 5 attacks – Hnutove, Talakivka, Lebedynske, Shyrokyne (Mariupol direction).
The supplies of weapons and military equipments, and POL from the territory of Russia were recorded. On April 29, 2016, they were delivered to the following settlements:
Luhansk – 24 tanks (after repairing);
Izvaryne – 8 wagons with ammunition (320 tons);
Rovenky – 1000 tons of diesel fuel.
It was established that the servicemen of the 10th separate Special Forces brigade (Molkino, Krasnodar krai) of the Russian Armed Forces located in the southern district of the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast. The brigade commander is General-Major of the Russian Armed Forces SVID Serhii Heorhiiovych (SVID Sergej Geogievich).
The Ukrainian side informed the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine about the presence of tanks, 122-mm MLRS "Hrad" and SP artillery systems in the areas of Khriashchuvate, Ilovaisk, Yasynuvata, Donetsk and Dokuchaievsk.
Other battle casualties among the personnel of units and formations of the 1st AC (Donetsk) of the Russian Armed Forces were recorded:
one wounded serviceman of the SRG of the 9th separate assault motorized rifle Marine Corps regiment (Novoazovsk) of the 1st AC acted in the area of Sakhanka;
five killed and seven wounded servicemen of the SRGs of the 11th separate motorized rifle regiment (Makiivka) of the 1st AC acted in the area of Avdiivka;
two perished and four wounded servicemen of the SRGs of the 5th separate motorized rifle brigade (Makiivka) of the 1st AC and 4th battalion of the Territorial Defence (Dokuchaievsk) of the 1st AC acted in the area of Dokuchaievsk.

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine established career officer of the Russian Armed Forces who has participated in the combat actions in the East of Ukraine, for onward transferring of the evidential base of such committing war crimes to the International Criminal Court, according to the established procedure. The Ukrainian side regularly conveys the information on Russian servicemen suspected of committing war crimes in the territory of Ukraine to the EU and NATO member states, also in order to enlarge the "sanction" list.
The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine established that Major of the Russian Armed Forces UMAIEV Zalibiek Kasumovych (UMAEV Zalibek Kasumovich) holds the position of “the chief of engineer service of the 1st AC (Donetsk) of the Center of the Territorial Forces (Novocherkassk, Russia) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don) of the Russian Armed Forces”. As it is known, Zalibiek UMAIEV was born on 25.05.1980 in the village of Ullubiiaul, Karabudakhkentskyi rayon, Republic of Dagestan. In 2002 he graduated from Tumen branch of Military Engineer University. He lives in the village of Storozhevaia, Zelenchukskyi rayon, the Karachayevo-Cherkessian Republic.
Officer of the Russian Armed Forces UMAIEV Zalibiek Kasumovych
To perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of Russia in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine, Major of the Russian Armed Forces Z.UMAIEV was seconded in March 2015 from the position of the chief of the engineer service of the 34th separate motorized rifle brigade (Storozhevaia, Zelenchukskyi rayon, the Karachayevo-Cherkessian Republic) of the 49th Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces. After the graduating from Tumen branch of Military Engineer University, officer of the Russian Armed Forces UMAIEV Z.K. served at the following positions:
2002 – 2012 – commander of the engineer company of the 56th separate air assault brigade (Kamyshyn, Volhohrad oblast) of the Airborne Forces of the Russian Armed Forces. In 2015-2016 battalion and company tactical groups from the 56th separate air assault brigade of the Russian Airborne Forces participated in the hostilities in the territory of Ukraine (in the areas of Sakhanka, Krasnoarmiiske, Roza Liuksemburh);
2012 – 2015 – chief of the engineer service of the 34th separate motorized rifle brigade (Storozhevaia, Zelenchukskyi rayon, the Karachayevo-Cherkessian Republic) of the 49th Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces. In 2014 the units of the 34th separate motorized rifle brigade were in the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea.

56th separate air assault brigadeand in the
34th separate motorized rifle brigade. From 2011 till 2014 he held the position of the
commander of the 34th separate motorized rifle brigade, who from the beginning of the armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine
took direct part in establishing and from summer to the end of autumn of 2014 was in command of the 1st AC (Donetsk, Ukraine) of the 12th Reserved Command (Centre of the Territorial Forces, Novocherkask, Russia nowadays) of the Russian Southern Military District.

Major of the Russian Armed Forces Z.UMAIEV in 2012 was appointed at higher position to the 34th separate motorized rifle brigade (Storozhevaia, Zelenchukskyi rayon, the Karachayevo-Cherkessian Republic) of the 49thArmy (Stavropol) of the Russian Southern Military District under the auspices of brigade’s commander General-Major of the Russian Armed Forces M.ZUSKO.
Being at the position of the chief of engineer service of the 1st AC (Donetsk, UKraine) Major Z.UMAIEV performed several personal requests of General-Major M. ZUSKO who left the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine at that time. The requests concerned of redirecting of material resources to Russia that were thieved at the enterprises of occupied Donbas and private persons.
Major of the Russian Armed Forces Z.UMAIEV was directly involved in the organization and conducting of mine and blasting operations directed at the destroying of infrastructure and industrial objectives in the temporarily occupied territory of Donbas, terrain mining and preparation of sabotage demolitionists.
