Despite the cease-fire, the enemy continued fire influence on the ATO forces units. It was recorded that the adversary shelled 11 times from the small arms, grenade launchers and 120-mm mortars. The attacks were, as follows: 3 attacks – Novooleksandrivka (Sloviansk direction), 4 attacks – Avdiivka, Mariinka (Donetsk direction), 4 attacks – Novotroitske (Volnovakha direction).
It was established the projection of a unit of the 45th separate Special Forces brigade (Kubinka) of the Airborne Forces of the Russian Armed Forces to Kominternove from Novoazovsk. In this connection, it is expected activation of sabotage-reconnaissance activities of the Russian occupation troops in the so-called “grey zone” in Mariupol direction.

Rozy Liuksemburh – 11 tanksT-72;
Rovenky (storage base of the POL, 2nd AC) – six cisterns (to 300 tons) with diesel fuel.
On May 5, 2016, other losses among the servicemen of the 1st AC (Donetsk) of the Russian Armed Forces were noted:
two were killed and two servicemen were wounded of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) who shelled the ATO forces positions from outskirts of Horlivka;
three servicemen of the 11th separate motorized rifle regiment (Makiivka) were wounded who tried to attack the forward positions of the ATO forces in the area of the industrial zone of Avdiivka.
It was established other facts of contempt of international humanitarian law concerning the rules of warfare by the servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces.
The units of the 4th separate motorized rifle brigade (Alchevsk) of the 2nd AC of the Russian Armed forces occupied lyceum №1 (Lenin Square, 3) in Perevalsk, the territory of which is equipped as a park for military equipments (tanks, AICVs) and in the basements there are depots with ammunitions. Furthermore, a teaching process continues in one of the lyceum’s buildings.
The Ukrainian side informed the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine about the presence of tanks, artillery systems with more than 100-mm in the areas of Luhansk, Yasynuvata and Donetsk.
Other evidences of the participation of the career Russian servicemen of the Regular Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in combat actions in the East of Ukraine
The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine continues to purposefully gather facts considering the participation of the Russian Armed Forces career servicemen, who concealing their personal data and using fictitious documents, have participated in combat actions in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine, for onward transferring of the evidential base of such war crimes to the International Criminal Court, according to the established procedure. The Ukrainian side regularly conveys the information on Russian servicemen suspected of committing war crimes in the territory of Ukraine to the EU and NATO member states, also in order to enlarge the "sanction" list.
It was established that the position of “the chief of the engineer service of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) of the 1st AC (Donetsk, Ukraine) of the Center of the Territorial Forces (Novocherkask, Russia) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don)” holds Major of the Russian Armed Forces BAIDIKOV Ivan Viktorovych (BAIDIKOV Ivan Viktorovich), was born on 18.09.1982. He graduated from Tumen branch of the Military Engineer University in 2004, in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine uses the undercover name – YAZOV and in daily phone and radio exchanges uses the codename – “ISHYM”.
To perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of Russia, Major I.BAIDIKOV was seconded in March, 2015, from the position of the deputy commander of the engineer combat battalion of the 20th separate motorized rifle brigade (Volhohrad) of the 49th Army (Stavropol) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don) of the Russian Armed Forces. In 2015, a battalion tactical group of the 20th separate motorized rifle brigade was involved in combat actions in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk oblast near Horlivka. Nowadays, a brigade’s battalion tactical group is located near Snizhne.

CHEPKASOV Oleksii Volodymyrovych(CHEPKASOV Aleksei Vladimirovich) holds the position of “the deputy commander for armament of the 1
st motorized rifle battalion of the 3
rdseparate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) of the 1
st AC (Donetsk, Ukraine) of the Center of the Territorial Forces (Novocherkassk, Russia) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don)”, born in 1986, in Amur oblast. He graduated from Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command School in 2007. He took part in combat actions in South Ossetia in 2008. In the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine uses the undercover name IVANOV.
To perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of Russia, Captain O.CHEPKASOV was seconded in March 2015 from the position of the commander of the 3rd motorized rifle company of the 8th motorized rifle battalion of the 136th separate motorized rifle brigade (military unit 63334, Buinaksk, Dagestan)of the 58th Army (Vladikavkaz) of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces. In 2014, the units of the 136th separate motorized rifle brigade were involved in combat actions in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk oblast and were located near the settlement of Novyi Svit.
It was additionally established that in March, 2010, it was opened a criminal action respecting Oleksii CHEPKASOV because of accusation in committing of crime legally provided by law’s article 159 part 3 of the Criminal laws code of the Russian Federation (swindling committed by person with using of his duty status).
Participation of Captain of the Russian Armed Forces O.CHEPKASOV in combat actions in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine makes an opportunity to reckon on conclusive acquittal of him and continuing of military career.

136thseparate motorized rifle brigade (Buinaksk, Dagestan, Russia) to the units and formations of the 1st and 2nd AC, mainly to the 3rd (Horlivka) and 7th(Debaltseve) separate motorized rifle brigades. It was found out thatLieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces I.ILIINSKYI holds the position of “the deputy commander for logistics of the 3
rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) of the 1st AC (Donetsk, Ukraine) of the Center of the Territorial Forces (Novocherkask, Russia) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don)” and uses the undercover name SERHIEYIEV. To perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of Russia, Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces I.ILIINSKYI was seconded in March, 2015, from the position of
the logistics deputy commander of the 136thseparate motorized rifle brigade of the 58
th Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces.
It is known that Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces I.ILIINSKYI along with Captain O.CHEPKASOV and the chief of the POL service of the 3rdseparate motorized rifle brigade of the 1st AC Major of the Russian Armed Forces KARPOV (undercover name) Mykhailo Oleksandrovych established a criminal group on plundering and illegal sale of fuel. By the order of the commander of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade Major-General of the Russian Armed Forces I.TYMOFIEIEV, above mentioned officers sell the POL at the black market that is charged off for the needs of combat training, and received funds is used for personal enrichment. A part of illegally charged off fuel is for sale through the net of petrol station controlled by the former so-called Secretary of Security Council of Donetsk People’s Republic O.KHODAKOVSKYI.
We remind of the inevitability of punishment for war crimes that have no time bars and the responsibility for which is provided for the rules of international and national criminal law.
