Other evidences of the participation of the career Russian servicemen
of the Regular Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in armed hostilities
in the East of Ukraine

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine continues to purposefully gather facts considering the participation of the Russian Armed Forces career servicemen who concealing their personal data and using fictitious documents, have participated in combat actions in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine for onward transferring of the evidential base to the International Criminal Court, according to the established procedure. The Ukrainian side regularly conveys the information on Russian servicemen suspected of committing war crimes in the territory of Ukraine to the EU and NATO member states, also in order to enlarge the "sanction" list.

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine established that at the position of “the commander of the air defence battalion of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) of the 1st AC (Donetsk) of the Center of the Territorial Forces (Novocherkassk, Russia) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don) of the Russian Armed Forces” is Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces BOLYCHEV Andrii Anatoliiovych (BOLYCHEV Andrej Anatolyevich), in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine uses undercover name RYBAKOV. It is known that Andrii BOLYCHEV was born on 09.02.1974 in Sukhumi (Georgia). In 1997 graduated from Air Defence Command School of the Russian Armed Forces in St. Petersburg, and in 2010 – Military Academy of the Air Defence of the Russian Armed Forces in Smolensk. He lives in Hadauta (Abkhaziia).

In January 2015, Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces BOLYCHEV Andrii Anatoliiovych was seconded from the position of the chief of the Air Defence of the 7th military base (Hadauta, Abkhaziia) of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces to perform criminal orders of the military-political leadership of Russia in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine.
A principal specialization of Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian Armed Forces A.BOLYCHEV is employment of man portable antiaircraft missile systems “Ihla-S”, as well as air defence systems “Osa-AKM” and “Strela-10”.

After graduating of Air Defence Command School in St. Petersburg, he served at the following positions:
1997 – 2001 – platoon leader, commander of the battery of the 253rd separate air defence missile-artillery division of the 138th separate motorized rifle brigade (Kamenka, Vyborh rayon, Leninhrad oblast). 138th separate motorized rifle brigade was involved in the armed aggression of Russia in Transnistria, South Ossetia, Abkhaziia, and also in counterterrorist operations in Dagestan and Chechnia (nowadays, battalion tactical group of this brigade is situated in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine in Snizhne);

2001 – 2008 – battery commander, commander of the division of the 246th separate air defence missile-artillery division (settlement of Luostari Nyzhne, Pechenhskyi rayon) of the 200th separate motorized rifle brigade (Pechenha, Murmansk oblast; in 2014-2015 battalion and company tactical groups from this brigade were involved in combat actions in the territory of Ukraine);

2010 – January 2015 – commander of the air defence division, chief of the Air Defence of the 7th military base (Hadauta, Abkhaziia) of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces (in 2015, units of the 7th military base were in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk oblast).
It should be noted that Major of the Russian Armed Forces HREBLIEV Anatolii Anatoliiovych, who holds the position of HR Deputy Commander of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka, Ukraine) of the 1st AC (Donetsk, Ukraine) of the Center of the Territorial Forces of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces and uses the name of IVANENKO in the temporarily occupied territories of the East of Ukraine, also served at the 7th military base.

It was additionally established that during the inspection of the depots of artillery armaments of the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade (Horlivka) of the 1st AC (Donetsk), substitution of two combat man portable antiaircraft missile systems “Ihla” for training models was disclosed. In the view of this fact, on April 25-30, composite checkout of the missile and artillery armament depots in the 3rd separate motorized rifle brigade, 1st AC, and in the 7th separate motorized rifle brigade (Debaltsevo) of the 2nd AC (Luhansk) are carried out.
We remind of the inevitability of punishment for war crimes that have no time bars and the responsibility for which is provided for in the rules of international and national criminal law.

As for the measures of combat training of the Russian Armed Forces
in the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea

 In the area of DZHANKOI airdrome, the enemy practices the seizure of the most important military/civilian objectives in the territory of the southern regions of Ukraine. It was used parachute system of “wing” that allows to land at selected point, including in the condition of limited visibility and following to beacon guidance. The area of training is corresponded to physico-geographical conditions of Kherson and Mykolaiv regions.
